2. Rank segments by audience value, originality, evidence, visual potential, and independence from the full webinar; exclude repetition, housekeeping, and excerpts that become misleading when shortened.
3. Design a series in which each video has a distinct job, opening context, central payoff, visual support, and next step rather than arbitrary clips of equal length.
4. Write edit scripts using only source-supported statements, marking exact quotes, permitted paraphrase or voice-over bridges, cuts, captions, graphics, b-roll, and any claim requiring verification.
5. Produce a series map, time-coded edit list, titles, opening and closing scripts, caption notes, source-traceability log, approval checklist, and publishing sequence. Flag jump cuts or edits that could falsely imply continuous speech.
